S o bekennt nun dem HERRN, eurer Väter Gott, und tut sein Wohlgefallen und scheidet euch von den Völkern des Landes und von den fremden Weibern.

Now therefore make confession unto the Lord God of your fathers, and do his pleasure: and separate yourselves from the people of the land, and from the strange wives.
