M oïse et Aaron se rendirent ensuite auprès de Pharaon, et lui dirent: Ainsi parle l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël: Laisse aller mon peuple, pour qu'il célèbre au désert une fête en mon honneur.

Afterward Moses and Aaron came, and said to Pharaoh, “This is what Yahweh, the God of Israel, says, ‘Let my people go, that they may hold a feast to me in the wilderness.’”
