I l Signore ha atterrato nel mio mezzo tutti i miei prodi; ha convocato contro di me un'assemblea, per schiacciare i miei giovani; il Signore ha pigiato come in un tino la vergine figlia di Giuda.

Trodden down all my mighty ones hath the Lord in my midst, He proclaimed against me an appointed time, To destroy my young men, A wine-press hath the Lord trodden, To the virgin daughter of Judah.
