N on piangete per il morto, non fate cordoglio per lui, ma piangete amaramente per chi parte, perché non tornerà piú né rivedrà piú il suo paese nativo.

Weep ye not for the dead, neither bemoan him; but weep sore for him that goeth away; for he shall return no more, nor see his native country.
