Geremia 20:10 ~ Jeremiah 20:10

U divo le calunnie di molti: «Terrore all'intorno! Denunciatelo e lo denuncieremo!». Tutti quelli con i quali vivevo in pace aspettavano che io inciampassi e dicevano: «Forse si lascerà persuadere, cosí noi prevarremo contro di lui e ci vendicheremo di lui».

For I have heard many whispering and defaming, terror on every side! Denounce him! Let us denounce him! Say all my familiar friends, they who watch for my fall, Perhaps he will be persuaded and deceived; then we will prevail against him, and we will get our revenge on him.
