« O casa d'Israele, non posso io fare con voi come ha fatto questo vasaio?», dice l'Eterno. «Ecco, come l'argilla è nelle mani del vasaio, cosi siete voi nelle mie mani, o casa d'Israele!

O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith Jehovah. Behold, as the clay in the potter's hand, so are ye in my hand, O house of Israel.
