P oiché, o Giuda, i tuoi dèi sono numerosi come le tue città, e gli altari che avete eretto a quella cosa vergognosa, altari per bruciare incenso a Baal, sono numerosi come le vie di Gerusalemme.

For the number of your cities are your gods, O Judah; and the number of the streets of Jerusalem are the altars you have set up to the shameful thing, even altars to burn incense to Baal.
