f iglio di una donna delle figlie di Dan, mentre suo padre era un uomo di Tiro. Egli sa lavorare l'oro, l'argento, il bronzo, il ferro, la pietra, il legno, la porpora, il violaceo, il bisso, lo scarlatto, e sa fare qualsiasi intaglio e ogni disegno che gli venga affidato. Egli lavorerà con i tuoi esperti e con gli esperti del mio signore Davide, tuo padre.

(son of a woman of the daughters of Dan, and his father a man of Tyre), knowing to work in gold, and in silver, in brass, in iron, in stones, and in wood, in purple, in blue, and in fine linen, and in crimson, and to grave any graving, and to devise any device that is given to him, with thy wise men, and the wise men of my lord David thy father.
