A Eber nacquero due figli: il nome dell'uno fu Peleg, perché ai suoi giorni la terra fu divisa; e il nome di suo fratello fu Joktan.

And to Eber have been born two sons, the name of the one Peleg, for in his days hath the land been divided, and the name of his brother is Joktan.
