C osí Davide diede ordine ai suoi giovani, e questi li uccisero, troncarono loro le mani e i piedi, poi li appesero presso la piscina di Hebron. Presero quindi la testa di Ish-Bosceth e la seppellirono nel sepolcro di Abner a Hebron.

David commanded his young men, and they killed them, cut off their hands and their feet, and hanged them up beside the pool in Hebron. But they took the head of Ishbosheth, and buried it in Abner’s grave in Hebron.
