A llora ella disse: «Si ricordi, per favore, il re, dell'Eterno, il tuo DIO, affinché il vendicatore del sangue non continui piú a distruggere perché mio figlio non sia sterminato». Egli rispose: «Com'è vero che l'Eterno vive, non cadrà a terra un sol capello di tuo figlio!».

Then said she, I pray thee, let the king remember Jehovah thy God, that the avenger of blood destroy not any more, lest they destroy my son. And he said, As Jehovah liveth, there shall not one hair of thy son fall to the earth.
