O ra il serpente era il piú astuto di tutte le fiere dei campi che l'Eterno DIO aveva fatto, e disse alla donna: «Ha DIO veramente detto: "Non mangiate di tutti gli alberi del giardino?».

Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which Jehovah God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of any tree of the garden?
