E ntonces Jefté reunió a todos los hombres de Galaad y peleó contra Efraín; y los hombres de Galaad derrotaron a Efraín, porque éstos decían: Sois fugitivos de Efraín, vosotros los galaaditas, en medio de Efraín y en medio de Manasés.

Then Jephthah gathered together all the men of Gilead, and fought with Ephraim; and the men of Gilead smote Ephraim, because they said, Ye are fugitives of Ephraim, ye Gileadites, in the midst of Ephraim, and in the midst of Manasseh.
