P romulgad ayuno, convocad asamblea; congregad a los ancianos y a todos los habitantes de la tierra en la casa del Señor vuestro Dios, y clamad al Señor.

Hallow a fast, proclaim a solemn assembly, gather the elders, all the inhabitants of the land to the house of Jehovah your God, and cry unto Jehovah.
