A hora el Señor ha cumplido la palabra que había dicho; pues yo me he levantado en lugar de mi padre David y me he sentado en el trono de Israel, como el Señor prometió, y he edificado la casa al nombre del Señor, Dios de Israel.

“Yahweh has performed his word that he spoke; for I have risen up in the place of David my father, and sit on the throne of Israel, as Yahweh promised, and have built the house for the name of Yahweh, the God of Israel.
