H aya alianza entre tú y yo, como hubo entre mi padre y tu padre. He aquí, te he enviado un presente de plata y de oro; ve, rompe tu alianza con Baasa, rey de Israel, para que se aparte de mí.

“Let there be an agreement of peace between me and you, as between my father and your father. See, I have sent you a gift of silver and gold. Go and break your agreement of peace with Baasha king of Israel, so that he will leave me.”
