E ntonces Jonadab le dijo: Acuéstate en tu cama, y finge que estás enfermo; y cuando tu padre venga a verte, dile: “Te ruego que dejes que mi hermana Tamar venga y me dé algún alimento para comer, y que prepare la comida delante de mí para que yo la vea y la coma de su mano.”

Jonadab said to him, “Lay down on your bed, and pretend to be sick. When your father comes to see you, tell him, ‘Please let my sister Tamar come and give me bread to eat, and prepare the food in my sight, that I may see it, and eat it from her hand.’”
