A re there any among the vanities of the Gentiles that can cause it to rain? or can the heavens give rain? art not thou he, O LORD our God? therefore we will wait upon thee, for thou hast made all these things.

No hay entre los ídolos de las naciones uno solo que haga llover. ¡Pero tú, Señor, eres nuestro Dios! ¡Tú eres quien nos manda del cielo las lluvias! Por eso esperamos en ti, pues tú haces todas estas cosas.
