ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ 22:3 ~ Exodus 22:3

ل َكِنْ إنْ قُتِلَ فِي النَّهارِ، يَكُونُ هُناكَ حَقٌّ لِلثَّأرِ لِدَمِهِ. فَإنْ أُمْسِكَ حَيّاً وَلَيسَ مَعَهُ ما يُعَوِّضُ بِهِ عَمَّا سَرَقَهُ، يُباعُ كَعَبدٍ تَعْويضاً عَمَّا سَرَقَهُ.

If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be bloodguiltiness for him; he shall make restitution: if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.
