申 命 記 25:1 ~ Deuteronomy 25:1

人 若 有 争 讼 ， 来 听 审 判 ， 审 判 官 就 要 定 义 人 有 理 ， 定 恶 人 有 罪 。

If there be a controversy between men, and they resort to judgment, and they judge; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.
