T hou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at them, lest I dismay thee before them.

Perciò cingiti i lombi, lèvati e di' loro tutto ciò che ti comanderò. Non sgomentarti davanti a loro affinché non ti renda sgomento davanti a loro.
