T he earth also is polluted under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, violated the statutes, broken the everlasting covenant.

تَنَجَّسَتِ الأرْضُ بِسَبَبِ سُكّانِها، لأنَّهُمْ عَصَوا الشَّريعَةَ، وَتَعَدُّوا عَلَى الأحكامِ، وَنَقَضُوا العَهْدَ الأبَدِيَّ.
