A nd God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy handmaid. In all that Sarah saith unto thee, hearken unto her voice. For in Isaac shall thy seed be called.

Dar Dumnezeu i-a spus lui Avraam: „Nu fi tulburat din cauza băiatului şi a sclavei tale; ascult-o pe Sara în tot ce îţi spune, pentru că prin Isaac îşi va primi numele sămânţa ta.
