P reparou-lhes, pois, um grande banquete; e eles comeram e beberam; então ele os despediu, e foram para seu senhor. E as tropas dos sírios desistiram de invadir a terra de Israel.

He prepared great feast for them. When they had eaten and drunk, he sent them away, and they went to their master. So the bands of Syria stopped raiding the land of Israel.
