E ste, pois, se foi, e um leão o encontrou no caminho, e o matou; o seu cadáver ficou estendido no caminho, e o jumento estava parado junto a ele, e também o leão estava junto ao cadáver.

And when he was gone, a lion met him by the way, and slew him: and his body was cast in the way, and the ass stood by it; the lion also stood by the body.
